ROBUR
The ROBUR is composed of 6 alumimium slats/eachwing, which are connected through a strong and stable assembly system and stuck by a structural glue. The aluminium slats are connected to the upper and lower bar by use of highly resistant zinced steel rivets.
The slats of high thickness (3 mm) are joined at the top and the bottom to a very thick aluminium profile, using high - strength steel structural rivets.
This results in a robust and stable door, particularly suitable for heavy duty uses: transport of recyclable materials, such as dry/wet waste, metal scrap, inert materials such as land, gravel and industrial sludge or other corrosive products, materials of the agricultural and industrial sector.
The side profile's particular shape allows the door to be opened at 270° without the use of double - fulcrum hinges. This simplifies and makes the opening mechanism extremely reliable.
The hinges, obtained from a thick aluminium profile, are inserted into the side profile with a very simple sliding system and fixed with 10 mm bolts and nuts to ensure maximum resistance. The gaskets (made of EPDM) are highly resistant to wear and tear and covered by a door central stop device made of anodized aluminium.
The continuous perimeter gasket has 3 sealing lips, which prevent the water from seeping into.
The door can be provided in the following versions:
- With 4 or 5 hinges 100 mm (However, it's possible to customise the door with a different hinges' number/height);
- With 2 or 4 zinc plated steel upper and lower locks, with a 18 mm invisibly integrated zinc plated steel rod;
- As assembled door or door kit easy to assemble.

The door's height is flexible, while the width is fixed (2550 mm).
