FORIS
The FORIS door consists of: a frame, aluminium hinges and a central panel, which can be made up by aluminium slats or a sandwich panel.
Components
- Lower lock: made of zinced steel and thanks to its special shape, It guarantees the best functionality of the door as well as a highly safe and
sealed fastening.
- Upper lock : made of zinced steel, It is easy to assemble and It allows a complete fastening of the door, as well as making It easy to realign
It correctly into Its own seat.
(on demand, It is possible to install stainless steel AISI 304 locks)
- Fastening rod: made of a zinced rod, the shaft rotates invisibly inside the panel.
- Hinges: manufactured from a single extruded and anodized aluminium bar and composed of zinced steel pivots and polyethylene axle
boxes resistant to wear and tear. The hinge fitting is perfectly lined up with the door, , in order to make the most of the vehicle’s inner space.
- Angle joint with a special joint plate with push button (patented system).
- Continuous perimeter gasket: It has 3 sealing lips, which prevent the water from seeping into. The gaskets (made of EPDM) are highly
resistant to wear and tear and covered by a door central stop device made of anodized aluminium.
- Built-in Lock of stainless steel AISI 304.
The door is fully painted (RAL 9010) and provided in the following versions:
- Assembled door
- Door kit easy to assemble.

- With 4 or 5 hinges (100 mm)
- With 2 or 4 upper and lower locks in zinced steel
- In 4 wings’ version
- In version ‘”VELUM” – telescopic door
- Assembled door or kit easy to assemble
Optionals:
- Double lock
- Aluminium continuous hinge brackets.
The FORIS sizes (height and width) are adjustable according to the request.
